Proposal · November 2026
A new website that tells a young athlete what Kriida is in one scroll: find a competition, see the record to beat, and sign up. Six pages and two content templates, designed in Figma and built in Webflow, on a design system your app can reuse later.
What we would build
Your list from the call, plus one page and two templates we would add. We keep your orange and black, because the brand already works. What changes is far less text and a much clearer path to signing up.
Says what Kriida is in one line, then shows it: upcoming competitions, records to beat and the sports you cover. One path for students and one for schools, right from the top. The three pillars and the four stakeholders become visuals instead of paragraphs.
Leaderboards and records by sport, age group and school. Designed to feel like a challenge, "this is the time to beat", rather than a spreadsheet. This is the page students will share.
Upcoming, live and results in one place, so Results no longer needs its own page. Filters for sport, city and age group, and a clear Register button on every competition.
+ Competition detail templateYour feed for blogs, match videos and social photos. One template handles all three formats, so posting a new reel or article takes a few minutes in Webflow.
+ Circuit post templateThe mission, your founder story and the team on one page. The current Founder Story page folds in here, told in fewer words with more photos.
Your next meetings are with government bodies, schools and well-known athletes. They need one page that speaks to them: how a school gets started, what a verified record means, and how to partner with Kriida.

What clients say
The process
Kriida is building something school sports in India has never had: a trusted record of who played, who won and what the benchmark is. You are in beta with five schools through January, and the next few weeks bring meetings with government stakeholders and well-known athletes. So the site has three jobs. Make a student want to sign up for a competition. Make records feel like something to chase. And give an official or an athlete enough confidence in five minutes that Kriida is real and worth backing. The current site explains a lot, but it reads more like a shop than a sports platform, so most of our work is cutting words and letting the sport, the numbers and the people carry it.
The website takes a minimum of two months from kickoff. We design the Home page first, so you have a clickable version to open in your meetings while we design the rest.
A call with our designers on it. We go through the platform, your beta schools, and how the sports brands Gen Z already follows talk to them.
The final page list, a much shorter copy plan, and two Home page directions in your brand.
You pick a directionThe Home page finished at desktop and mobile, as a clickable Figma prototype you can open on a laptop or phone in any meeting.
Home approvedRecords, Competitions, Circuit, About and For Schools, plus both templates, at desktop, tablet and mobile. The design system is set up for your app to use later.
Designs approvedA responsive build with motion, CMS for competitions, records and Circuit, forms, and links into your app. Tested across browsers and phones.
The site goes live on kriida.com. You get the Webflow project, the Figma files, and a walkthrough so your team can post to Circuit and update records.
Working together
You will always know what is happening, who is doing it, and what we need from you.
One call to lock the page list, the content you already have, and which sports and records to feature first. The designers on your site join it, so nothing gets lost between people.
Files, feedback and decisions all live in one group, with your team and ours in it. Quick questions get quick answers.
Yusuf and Maaz run the project from kickoff to launch. You talk to us, not to a chain of designers or an account manager.
A short video walkthrough of what changed and what we need from you, so you can review it between meetings.
Every revision is made and approved in the design file before the build starts. That is what keeps the launch date safe.
At handover you get full access to the Webflow project and the Figma files. Nothing is locked behind us.

Common questions
Yes. The Home page is finished first, in the third week, as a clickable prototype. It is a link you can open on a laptop or a phone in any meeting, and it looks and scrolls like the real site.
They stay in your app. The new site takes kriida.com and the app moves to a subdomain such as app.kriida.com, with every Sign up and Register button pointing there. We plan the switch with your developers so nothing breaks on launch day.
At launch they run on Webflow CMS, which your team updates in a few clicks. Pulling them automatically from your platform is possible later with your developers, and we design the pages so that switch needs no redesign.
Yes, that is why the design system is in the price. Colours, type, buttons, cards and leaderboard rows are built as reusable components, so the app starts from here instead of from zero.
Unlimited within each stage. We keep going until you are happy with the direction and the pages. The only limit is the calendar, which is why feedback windows are agreed at kickoff.
Everything. The Figma files and the Webflow project with full editing access. You can add pages or hand it to another team whenever you want.
Investment
You came to us through a friend, and we see this as the first step toward the app, so this is a referral rate. The breakdown shows what each part would normally cost.
Six pages, two templates and CMS, live in a minimum of two months.
Final scope is confirmed on the kickoff call. The price only changes if the scope does, and only with your sign-off.
